A bit more about us

I’m Fiorella — designer, marketer, and the girl behind Things She Sayz.

My path into design wasn’t exactly a straight line. I’ve worked across translation, export, logistics, marketing and design — sometimes all at once. Living and working in Italy pushed me outside my comfort zone and taught me a lot about business, people, creativity, and honestly… myself.

Along the way, I realized that the part I kept coming back to was how businesses present themselves. The logo. The catalog. The packaging. The social media. The little details that make someone stop, look, and understand who you are before you’ve even said a word.

That’s part of why I created Things She Sayz — a space where strategy meets creativity, and where businesses don’t have to figure out their visual identity alone.

I’ve worked within industries like power generation and food & beverage, and I’m now expanding that experience to help businesses and personal trainers build brands that actually feel like them — from logos and visual identities to social media, content and everything in between.

But TSS also has another side: mine.

I’m currently on my own wellness journey, working toward my NASM-CPT certification, learning, growing, going to the gym, and figuring things out as I go. I don’t want this space to pretend that everything has already been figured out — because it hasn’t.

It’s business. It’s design. It’s wellness. It’s life.

And apparently, I have a few things to say about all of it.
